Senior consultant - AI

We are open to Singaporean & Singapore PR only.

Responsibilities:

Define and help with AI strategy and architecture

Lead the design and implementation of AI platform and use cases

Drive MLOps strategy across the machine learning lifecycle (development to monitoring)

Lead a team, mentor and support junior team members (data scientists, AI engineers etc)

Skills and qualifications :

Minimum 8-10 years of overall experience. At least 2-3 years of experience in machine learning and AI, with a strong delivery record.

A degree (bachelors/masters) in computer science, data science, or a related quantitative field

Expertise in coding in Python, Java, or C++ and MLOps tools

Experience working with LLMs and fine tuning of locally hosted models

Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business trade-offs .

Strong quantitative skills with a data first mindset. Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

A proven track record of success in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines.
