SENIOR CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of reinforced concrete (RC) structural projects
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and project timelines
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and suppliers throughout the project
- Review construction drawings, method statements, and technical submissions
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or technical issues
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings to monitor performance and resolve issues
- Manage procurement planning, material delivery schedules, and equipment utilization
- Review and approve project reports, progress claims, variation orders, and other project documentation
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize cost and schedule impacts
- Monitor project costs and ensure works are completed within the approved budget.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays whenever projects need

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of RC structural works, construction methodologies, and project management
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with local construction regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards
