Senior Construction Site Manager

- Candidates must be able to drive, thus to travel from site to site.

- Candidates must have at least 10 years of site management experience (candidates with experience related to achitectural trades i.e. tiling works, are preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects and site operations.
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, workplace safety regulations, and project management.

- Familiar with Singapore construction standards, MOM safety requirements, and BCA regulations.

- Candiates need to schedule works on site, make manpower and material arrangements, attend site meetings daily.
Able to manage project schedules, manpower planning, site progress, and cost control.

- Experience in handling project documentation, site meetings, and progress reports.

- Possess leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and good decision-making capability.

- Candidate with WSQ / safety certifications will be an advantage.

- Candidates only rest on Sunday and Public Holidays

- A good understanding of architectural drawings is required
