We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join the PM Group team. For this role, we need someone who has the capability to drive the project to completion within the time and cost control requirements. This will require a candidate with considerable experience i.e. who has managed large-scale greenfield and brownfield projects from inception to completion.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- At least 15 years of experience with direct experience in Construction Management
- Demonstrated understanding and experience of cost control and management, performance measurement and project scheduling.
- Ability to interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications.
- Undertaken multiple largescale greenfield and brownfield projects within the Life Sciences, or Food, Mission Critical & Data-Centers, etc.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
