We are partnering with a reputable insurance firm to hire a Senior Compliance Manager to strengthen its compliance and financial crime framework. This is a broad, hands‑on role with exposure across advisory, AML/CFT, governance, and regulatory engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and guidance on AML/CFT matters, including reviewing higher‑risk transactions and supporting suspicious activity reporting
- Advise business teams on regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to applicable laws, guidelines, and internal policies
- Support the development and enhancement of compliance frameworks, policies, and monitoring programmes
- Manage regulatory reporting, audits, and ongoing engagements with regulators and industry bodies
- Promote a strong compliance culture through training, awareness, and stakeholder collaboration
Requirements
- Experience in Regulatory Compliance or Financial Crime within financial services, banking or insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and consistent delivery of high-quality results
