Purpose of the role:
This role supports Comp & Benefits activities for Singapore. The incumbent will be responsible for Comp & Benefits operational activities, including budgeting, costing, the review and implementation of existing C&B programs, ensuring they comply with current legislation and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Advisory and support the Singapore entity on all C&B related activities.
- Key person for: - Annual salary, bonus review cycles/process
- Job evaluation of new roles and benchmarking
- Manpower costing and resource planning
- Market benchmarking, salary surveys and benefits review
- Financial related activities, including budgeting, accrual, and re charging processes.
- Senior Management Remuneration Package and contract renewals.
- Work with team members to drive process review & improvements.
- Medical/ insurance and benefits renewals and work with vendors on benefits renewal & administration.
- Union industrial relations matter, disciplinary/ grievances, CA renewals etc
- Escalation for Opco payroll related matters
- Work closely with HR teams for annual audits
- Work with Mercer/SNEF/MOM/relevant bodies on salary benchmarking and industry surveys.
- Conduct market research, and carry out feasibility analysis, cost simulation / modelling.
- Maintain and ensure HR policies are updated.
- Work with Senior Manager and Manager on C&B projects
- Work with HR teams on assignees package
- Support team members on assignees process
- Support and partner with HRBPs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Comp & Benefits work in an MNC.
- Knowledge and experience in union collective agreement negotiation is preferred.
- Degree in Business Management/Adm, in HR and/or a Professional certification in Compensation & Benefits would be a plus.
