Location: China/Indonesia/Malaysia/Singapore; overseas travel required
I. Position Overview
Responsible for expanding and maintaining overseas data center client resources, leading the development and commercial implementation of data center + photovoltaic + storage green projects, building a full industry chain partner system, and supporting the company's overseas market expansion objectives for data center business.
II. Key Responsibilities
(I) Client Development & Relationship Management
- Develop and expand clients in the overseas data center field, focusing on engaging with leading computing power enterprises such as ByteDance, Alibaba, Tencent, Google, and Microsoftincluding their acquisition, holding, and user entitiesand establish and maintain a high-value client resource pool.
- Gain deep insight into clients data center business strategies, accurately identify core needs in scale, technical parameters (e.g., PUE, computing power capacity), and commercial terms (e.g., cooperation model, pricing, delivery cycle) through frequent and in-depth communication.
- Develop client relationship maintenance strategies, conduct regular visits and business negotiations, promptly respond to client needs and feedback, enhance satisfaction and loyalty, and ensure stable long-term cooperation.
(II) Green Project Development & Sales Implementation
- Lead coordination with internal technical, R&D, and project management teams to plan and promote data center + PV + storage green integrated projects based on client needs, and develop feasibility plans, technical adaptation proposals, and commercial cooperation solutions.
- Lead the entire commercial negotiation process, including finalizing cooperation models, drafting contract terms, and price negotiations, drive contract signing, ensure successful project sale to clients, and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up throughout the project lifecycle, coordinate collaboration between internal teams and clients, resolve commercial issues promptly, and ensure on-time project delivery.
(III) Partner System Development
- Research overseas data center industry chain resources, identify and develop high-quality partners, including but not limited to data center equipment suppliers, technical consultants, construction contractors, and financial service institutions.
- Establish partner screening, evaluation, and management mechanisms, sign cooperation agreements, clarify responsibilities and profit-sharing, and build a stable and efficient partner ecosystem to support project development.
- Maintain partner relationships regularly, conduct cooperation reviews, optimize collaboration models, and improve efficiency and quality for mutual benefit.
(IV) Market Insight & Commercial Support
- Monitor overseas data center and new energy industry policies, market trends, and competitor activities, produce market research reports, and provide insights for company business strategy formulation.
- Participate in overseas expansion strategy planning for the company's data center business, assist in developing commercial expansion strategies, sales targets, and incentive plans.
- Complete other commercial tasks as assigned by supervisors.
III. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Business Management, Marketing, Energy, or related fields.
- 810 years of work experience, with at least 35 years in overseas data center development or commercial expansion; familiar with overseas data center business models, market practices, industry standards, and policies.
- Extensive client resources in the overseas data center field, especially with leading computing power enterprises such as ByteDance, Alibaba, Tencent, Google, and Microsoft, is preferred.
- Experience in new energy (PV, energy storage) project development or investment and financing is preferred.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to conduct business negotiations, contract drafting, and client communication fluently in both languages.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and resource integration skills; able to independently handle client development, project execution, and partner expansion.
- Sharp market insight and business judgment; capable of accurately identifying market opportunities and client needs.
- Good teamwork, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Strong goal orientation, responsibility, resilience, and innovation spirit.
- Valid passport holder with no restrictions on overseas travel.
- Able to adapt to overseas travel and high-intensity work.
