A rapidly-growing, mission driven F&B startup is scaling globally and seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for Europe. If you love CPG, building sales teams from scratch, and working in a hands-on, international startup environment, this could be your next big challenge.
About the Role:
- Own Europe's commercial strategy: sales, distributor relationships, retail partnerships, and market launches.
- Build and lead a small but high-impact commercial team, driving revenue growth across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and international teams to ensure consistency in brand execution and product availability.
- Hands-on role: engage with key accounts, negotiate commercial terms, and design go-to-market strategies.
- Initially based in Singapore, with a longer-term plan to relocate to Europe.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in CPG/F&B sales and commercial strategy, preferably in international markets.
- Track record of building and scaling commercial operations from scratch.
- Startup mindset: entrepreneurial, adaptable, willing to dive in and get things done.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to influence across functions.
