A global healthcare company is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to partner closely with the executive team and commercial organisation. This role is critical in driving profitable growth, strengthening financial performance, and shaping strategic decisions across the region.
Job Description
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis for commercial operations, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights that influence investment decisions, pricing, market expansion, and product portfolio strategy.
- Drive revenue forecasting, pipeline assessments, margin optimisation, and customer profitability analysis.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to evaluate commercial opportunities and ensure disciplined financial governance.
- Promote a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the business is equipped with timely, actionable insights that support growth and operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics equivalent with more than 8 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, business controlling, or FP&A, ideally within fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with commercial and operations team to drive performance and support decision making.
- Skilled in modelling, scenario analysis, and business case development, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at multiple levels and present financial insights clearly and persuasively.
- Adept at working in fastpaced environments with evolving priorities, showing resilience and adaptability.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset, high integrity, and strong ownership of business outcomes.
