- As E-Commerce system operational engineer, Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth running of the e-Commerce and Post-sales business systems.
- Investigate and diagnose relevant system problems and resolve it independently.
- Coordinate engineers across different teams to offer solutions.
- Create/track/close incidents or problem related to business systems using IT service management tools.
- Summarize work and analyze operational data within a required period for the continual working improvement.
- Establish knowledge database, maintain and update technical support documentation.

- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in e-Commerce and after-sales area support with MS D365 will be added advantage.
- Familiar with SQL, Java / .NET concepts. Basic coding skill is highly preferred.
- Familiar with mainstream ITSM tools and ITIL processes.
- As the trainee able to learn fast with high quality.
- As the trainer able to train new members regularly.
- Active and keen learner who keeps up-to-date with industry trends.
- Excellent Customer Service communication skill in relation to providing a World-class IT Service.
- Communicate with different teams to deal with IT problems.
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
