Senior Code Designer (Full Stack Java)

We are seeking an experienced Code Designer and Java Full Stack Developer to support the development of a data quality monitoring platform within a Capital Markets IT environment. This role involves managing trade message flows using middleware and message queues, with a strong emphasis on cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement full stack solutions using Java, Spring, AngularJS/ReactJS
• Integrate messaging systems (Kafka, JMS) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and write efficient, testable code
• Follow TDD/BDD practices, support production systems, and collaborate across teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and system documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Java, Spring, Kafka, MongoDB, SQL, shell scripting
• Experienced with DevOps tools (GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, etc.)
• Familiar with capital markets and financial product workflows

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge in BI tools, monitoring, or automation
• Prior experience in Market Risk or Front Office IT systems
