Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform CNC milling operations and 5-axis CAD/CAM programming.
- Set up CNC milling machines, including tooling, fixtures, and workpieces based on engineering drawings.
- Interpret and work with G-code and M-code programs.
- Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
- Ensure all machined parts meet required drawings, tolerances, and specifications.
Requirements:
- Diploma, Higher Nitec, or equivalent in Precision Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam or Hypermill.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling.
- Minimum 5 years of CNC milling experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Able to multitask and willing to work night shifts.
