Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CloudInfrastructure Engineer to support and deliver system and network infrastructure projects. This role involves designing solutions, managing technical implementation, and ensuring smooth project execution while maintaining high system performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and manage technical aspects of infrastructure projects
- Support new system implementations and upgrades of network and infrastructure environments
- Design and deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions based on business requirements
- Lead and guide junior engineers, supporting their development and project delivery
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and infrastructure-related issues
- Ensure systems are stable, secure, and optimised for performance
Requirements
- Experience with Windows Server and Unix/Linux environments, including virtualised systems
- Strong hands-on experience with virtualisation and hypervisors (Nutanix preferred)
- Relevant certifications such as NCP/NCM are an advantage
- Good knowledge of VPNs, firewalls, and security appliances
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure including switches and routers
- Familiarity with container technologies and platforms
- Good understanding of end-to-end IT infrastructure systems
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, analytical, and able to solve problems effectively
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
