Senior Cloud and devops Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, Ansible, and Elastic Stack, along with hands-on experience in GCC 2.0 and Ship Hats 2.0 frameworks. The ideal candidate will drive cloud automation, CI/CD maturity, and scalable infrastructure design while ensuring high availability and performance of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

. Design, implement, and manage cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

. Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools in Python

. Configure and manage Ansible-based provisioning and configuration management

. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable deployments

. Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Elastic Stack (ELK)

. Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud environments

. Work with cross-functional teams to support DevOps transformation initiatives

. Apply best practices aligned with GCC 2.0 (Global Cloud Capabilities) and Ship Hats 2.0 delivery frameworks

. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

. Drive continuous improvement and automation-first mindset

Required Skills & Qualifications

. 10+ years of experience in Cloud & DevOps engineering

. Strong hands-on experience with:

. Python scripting

. Terraform (IaC)

. Ansible

. Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

. Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)

. Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes preferred)

. Strong knowledge of Linux systems and networking fundamentals

. Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience working within GCC 2.0 frameworks (cloud governance, standardization, automation)

. Hands-on exposure to Ship Hats 2.0 methodologies (agile delivery, DevOps maturity models, engineering excellence practices)

. Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

. Experience with microservices architecture and API-driven systems
