Working Hours: 5/5.25 days, office hours
Salary: up to $4000 - $6500 (depending on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, including psychometric testing, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches
- Develop holistic treatment plans tailored to patients psychological, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated care and manage complex cases
- Design and facilitate workshops, psychoeducation programs, and group sessions for patients, caregivers, and the community
- Support mental health promotion initiatives and quality improvement projects
Job Requirements
- Minimum Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Applied Psychology
- Eligible for registration or registered with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Committed to compassionate and patient-centered care
- Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for senior-level positions
- Various roles in In-patient and/or Out-patient settings within Public Healthcare Institutions
