Responsibilities:

• Lead training and education for pharmacists at all levels.
• Review medication orders and perform medication reconciliation.
• Participate in clinical services, rounds, and patient counseling.
• Provide drug information to healthcare professionals.
• Supervise and review work of pharmacy assistants and technicians.
• Conduct pharmacy education programs and departmental projects.
