Hiring for Clinical Pharmacist
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and ensure safe and effective medication use.
- Conduct medication reviews to identify potential drug interactions and side effects.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and treatment plans.
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Manage inventory to ensure medication availability and proper storage.
- Participate in clinical audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage in education and training of patients and pharmacy interns.
Requirements:
- PharmD or equivalent degree recognized by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- At least 1-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge in pharmacology and medication management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
