Role Title:Enterprise Transformation & Presales Delivery Lead
Role Overview
The Enterprise AI & Transformation, Presales and Client Delivery Lead will drive AI-led process automation and enterprise application transformation initiatives for BFSI clients, supporting end-to-end engagement from client requirement discovery, presales solutioning, SOW preparation, and delivery governance. The role requires strong experience in enterprise applications, AI/automation solutioning, and the ability to engage senior client stakeholders to design scalable automation and transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Requirement Discovery
- Engage business and technology stakeholders within BFSI clients to understand process automation, AI adoption, and enterprise application transformation requirements.
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify automation and AI opportunities across enterprise processes and applications.
AI Process Automation & Solutioning
- Design and propose AI-driven process automation solutions leveraging RPA, workflow automation, AI/ML, GenAI, and intelligent document processing platforms.
- Work with enterprise architects and technical teams to define scalable automation architectures integrated with enterprise application ecosystems.
- Develop transformation roadmaps for automation-led efficiency and productivity improvement initiatives.
Presales & SOW Ownership
- Lead or support presales activities including opportunity qualification, solution preparation, effort estimation, proposal creation, and client presentations.
- Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs), define delivery models, resource plans, and engagement structures aligned to client requirements.
Delivery & Resource Governance
- Support end-to-end delivery governance for AI and automation transformation programs, including resource mobilization and allocation.
- Coordinate multi-team delivery execution, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure adherence to SLAs and delivery commitments.
Client Relationship & Program Expansion
- Build strong client relationships and act as the key interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Identify opportunities to expand AI automation and enterprise transformation programs within existing BFSI accounts.
Experience Required
- 510 years of experience in IT services, consulting, automation, or enterprise application delivery.
- Experience working with BFSI clients is required.
- Strong exposure to AI, process automation, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in presales, solutioning, SOW preparation, and client-facing delivery roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and program coordination capability.
