We're currently on the lookout for a Senior Client Manager to join our growing team - someone who is a natural relationship builder, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of key client accounts, acting as the primary day-to-day contact and trusted strategic partner
- Understand clients business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable marketing strategies
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns - from briefing, planning, and execution to post-campaign review
- Collaborate with internal teams across creative, strategy, media, and data to deliver best-in-class solutions
- Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to ensure alignment and excellence in execution
- Proactively identify opportunities for organic growth and innovation within accounts
- Mentor and support junior team members to ensure a high-performing account servicing function
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management/client servicing, preferably in an agency environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and the Singaporean market landscape
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in managing senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and strong commercial acumen
- Collaborative, resourceful, and able to lead with positive energy
