Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- You will be the key POC for Lenovo stakeholders across the GTAP market where you will be leading the hub team for all campaign briefs and spearheading the campaign approach.
- You will be the champion of Lenovo ways of working which covers working closely with other market leads and also with various teams within dentsu like finance to ensure all are in order.
- You will be the lead for media planning and activation across Social, Programmatic, Display, SEM,
- You will lead the team of activation executives to ensure end to end campaign delivery and reporting
- You will be at the forefront of Performance knowledge (Paid Social, Programmatic, Display and Paid Search) by keeping up to date with industry news and developments
- Build an understanding of the clients business and digital marketing objectives
- Develop an understanding of the target audiences attitudes, behaviour and perceptions, using a variety of market information and research data.
- Develop an understanding of the various digital media channels (Paid Social, Programmatic, Display) and the explore the potential for them in your clients marketing activity.
- Establish an understanding of all areas of Dentsus expertise and the products/services we can provide to our clients.
- Contribute in meeting commercial targets by working closely with the commercial team with a focus on improving efficiency by driving better digital performance results.
- Help to educate the clients on digital strategies and tactics; engage clients in the world of digital communications by demonstrating its direct response, creative and brand building abilities.
- Be a trusted, knowledgeable source of information in performance marketing.
Campaign Quality Assurance
- Review all campaign builds to ensure they are accurate and in line with initial plan
- Ensure campaigns are delivered as planned with no overspends or errors in delivery.
- Performance Campaign management, optimisation and analysis
- Oversee the monitoring of daily delivery and perform regular optimisation of all campaign elements (audience segments, creative, landing pages, etc.) based on agreed campaign KPIs
- Manage Media Activation Executives across performance media channels with the aim of achieving and exceeding client goals and KPIs
- Support analysts / executives / interns / partners to ensure regular reporting to clients is delivered according to schedule, working in partnership with our operations team. All reports are to be timely, accurate, literate and insightful.
Partner relationship management
- Develop and foster an effective working relationship with our media partners.
- Attend regular catch ups with our priority partners to ensure we continue to deliver the best in class campaigns and identify potential alpha / beta trials.
- Assist with sharing client campaign briefs and seeking input from partners for responses to briefs where time allows.
Innovation & Initiative
- Use your personal passion and creativity to help develop intelligent, innovative and effective ideas and process improvements for your clients
- Contribute your own ideas and opinions on your clients business, how we work, and the industry were in; establish a presence in the agency; have a voice in meetings
Professional Responsibilities
- Complete timesheets on a regular, minimum weekly basis
- Arrive punctually at each meeting prepared to contribute, ensure thorough meeting notes are taken and distributed as appropriate
- Be an excellent communicator provide clear correspondence and specifically well-written e-mails to ensure all expectations and details are understood by all
- Develop superior presentation skills both in-person and over the phone
- Ensure that the agency team produces all client work with the highest level of quality and integrity
