Senior Client Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Cross-sell banking products such as loans, deposits, credit cards, and other financial services to meet customer needs.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and regular interactions.
• Identify opportunities to offer financial products and services tailored to customer requirements.
• Ensure high levels of professionalism, integrity, and service quality in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other bank units to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
• Manage daily operational tasks including account opening and maintenance, loan and credit card applications, transaction account enquiries, debit orders, stop payments, cashier's orders, cheque clearance, and internet banking support.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
