- Responsible for reviewing design drawings and design report from design firm, commenting and approval for design firm to issue drawing for construction at design stage. Responsible for troubleshooting, preventive delay of contractor works at construction stage
- To carry out daily monitoring, deviation resolution and prevention of delay, make sure the contractor to work comply requirements.
- Responsible for leading the whole site civil and steel structural construction works, to be the subject matter expert representing the site.
- Working knowledge and experience in civil and steel structure engineering, and construction.
- Responsible for on-site quality improvement and EHS requirements.
- During the project phase, the individual is expected to be actively involved and at times doing multiple roles to support the overall success of the greenfield project start up.
- Bachelor degree in civil and steel structural related majors, more than 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in operating Office software, and have the ability to review construction technical plans and equipment technical negotiation.
