Senior Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

. Lead and supervise day-to-day civil engineering works for the land reclamation project,

ensuring safety, quality, and progress targets are met.

. Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and method statements, providing

feedback and solutions when needed.

. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to

ensure smooth project execution.

. Monitor ground improvement works, marine construction activities, and reclamation

processes such as dredging, filling, and soil improvement.

. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

. Manage project documentation, including reports, records, permits, and design

submissions.

. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, workplace safety, and environmental

standards.

. Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project timelines and

performance.

. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.

Requirements:

. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

. Minimum 8 years of civil engineering experience, with 2-3 years in land reclamation or

marine infrastructure projects.

. Strong understanding of reclamation processes, ground improvement methods, marine

works, and coastal engineering principles.

. Experienced in reviewing engineering designs, solving site technical issues, and coordinating

with multi-disciplinary teams.

. Familiar with Singapore construction regulations, codes, and authority submission

requirements.

. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

. Able to work independently and lead on-site activities with minimal supervision.

. Able to work in Tuas
