Responsibilities
About The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. 1. Act as the focal point to ensure smooth daily operation with Global Payment's business partners, to monitor and analyze the daily channel transactions and to resolve any abnormal transactions or incidents timely. 2. Setup accounts on the business partner platform according to the global payment operational rules and procedures, and assist in setting up new merchants for a smooth on-boarding process. 3. Deep dive and resolve the root cause of abnormal transactions in order to contribute payment success rate improvement and customer experience enhancement. 4. Create and enhance operation SOP to standardize operation workflows, and support operation tools and dashboard building to enhance operational efficiency. 5. Collaborate with relevant teams to complete other project implementation related to payment channels and payment inquiries.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Team player, self-driven, strong sense of responsibility. - Strong logical thinking and communication skills, strong execution and learning ability. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, business administration or related majors is preferred. - 5+ years of work experience in the fintech field and in acquiring business field will be a plus. Keen Interest in the payment industry and interested in long-term development in this field.
