Job Description

Our client, a leading name in the ultra-premium spirits industry, is hiring a Senior Channel Manager to lead their Retail & HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) business in Singapore — a channel that represents 45% of total trade business, spanning 280+ outlet partners.

This is a senior, high-visibility role leading the go-to-market strategy for an iconic portfolio of ultra-premium spirits, with a leading single malt whisky brand as the core focus.

What you'll own:

  • Develop and drive the HORECA & Retail channel strategy and roadmap
  • Own sales budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance for the channel
  • Identify and acquire new outlet partners to expand brand presence
  • Lead high-impact brand activations in partnership with Marketing
  • Negotiate outlet contracts and optimize trade investment ROI
  • Build and lead a high-performing channel team
  • Partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and regional leadership
  • Use Salesforce/Power BI to drive data-led decision making

What you bring:

  • 10+ years in B2B sales leadership or national key account management (premium consumer goods, wine & spirits, F&B, or hospitality)
  • 6+ years leading teams and managing senior stakeholders
  • Strong grasp of the wine & spirits / nightlife landscape in Singapore
  • Sharp negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
