Job Description

What you will do:

Project Delivery & Change Management


  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans

  • Provide advisory and manage end-to-end change activities (analysis, communications, engagement, adoption)

  • Monitor and ensure successful implementation of change initiatives

Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Manage stakeholder expectations to drive buy-in across all levels

  • Lead and guide junior consultants to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget

Capabilities Enhancement

  • Improve and innovate existing change management capabilities (e.g. digital adoption, people analytics)

Pre-sales

  • Lead or support pre-sales activities: qualify opportunities, define scope, develop strategies, prepare proposals, and present solutions

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements or transformation initiatives

  • Introduce tools or new approaches to enhance efficiency and outcomes

Knowledge Sharing & Coaching

  • Share best practices in change management and related domains

  • Coach and upskill team members on methodologies and new capabilities

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 58 years of change management experience

  • Strong written English with clear, concise, error-free communication

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across all seniority levels (C-suite to ground staff)

  • Strong presentation skills for both small and large audiences

  • Ability to create professional, visually compelling presentation materials

  • Commercial mindset to identify project needs, capability gaps, and cross-sell opportunities

Preferred / Standout Qualifications

  • Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner

  • Experience in:

    • Digital adoption (e.g. WalkMe)

    • Workforce competency assessment, planning, and upskilling

    • People analytics

    • Workforce or HR transformation

    • Workplace transformation
