Job DescriptionWhat you will do:
Project Delivery & Change Management
Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
Provide advisory and manage end-to-end change activities (analysis, communications, engagement, adoption)
Monitor and ensure successful implementation of change initiatives
Stakeholder & Team Management
Manage stakeholder expectations to drive buy-in across all levels
Lead and guide junior consultants to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
Capabilities Enhancement
Improve and innovate existing change management capabilities (e.g. digital adoption, people analytics)
Pre-sales
Lead or support pre-sales activities: qualify opportunities, define scope, develop strategies, prepare proposals, and present solutions
Process Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements or transformation initiatives
Introduce tools or new approaches to enhance efficiency and outcomes
Knowledge Sharing & Coaching
Share best practices in change management and related domains
Coach and upskill team members on methodologies and new capabilities
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 58 years of change management experience
Strong written English with clear, concise, error-free communication
Excellent communication and facilitation skills across all seniority levels (C-suite to ground staff)
Strong presentation skills for both small and large audiences
Ability to create professional, visually compelling presentation materials
Commercial mindset to identify project needs, capability gaps, and cross-sell opportunities
Preferred / Standout Qualifications
Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner
Experience in:
Digital adoption (e.g. WalkMe)
Workforce competency assessment, planning, and upskilling
People analytics
Workforce or HR transformation
Workplace transformation
