Senior CentreExecutive (Physiotherapy)

Salary: $3,500 - $4,200 per month
Location: Central Region, Singapore

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and business-driven Senior Centre Executive to oversee daily operations while driving growth and brand visibility for our physiotherapy centre. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, service-oriented, and commercially minded.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage appointment scheduling using Plato, patient flow, and front desk coordination
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal SOPs
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and inventory control

Patient Experience & Service Excellence

  • Ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery
  • Handle patient feedback and service recovery professionally
  • Implement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and retention

Business Development

  • Identify and develop partnerships with corporate clients, gyms, and community organisations
  • Plan and organise health talks, outreach events, and engagement activities
  • Drive business growth through strategic initiatives and referral network development
  • Monitor KPIs, revenue performance, and recommend growth strategies

Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Oversee social media platforms and content updates
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Work with vendors/designers on digital and offline marketing materials
  • Track engagement metrics and optimise outreach efforts

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in centre operations, healthcare management, or service industry
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Business development or marketing experience will be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing appointment scheduling systems, preferably Plato
