Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Card Operations Executive to oversee and enhance our credit and debit card operations, ensuring seamless transaction processing, dispute management, and regulatory reporting. This role is pivotal in optimizing settlement accuracy, managing chargebacks, and improving overall efficiency through automation and process innovation.
Job Responsibilities
- Transaction & Settlement Processing: Oversee daily MasterCard and Visa settlements, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage cardholder disputes, analyze chargebacks, and implement strategies to improve dispute recovery rates.
- Suspense Account Monitoring: Ensure timely resolution and reconciliation of disputed transactions.
- Instalment Plan Management: Verify and process instalment plans, refunds, and payments to merchants and customers.
- Regulatory Reporting: Coordinate and submit monthly and quarterly reports with accuracy and compliance.

Job Requirements
- Degree Holder
- At least 3 years experience in Visa & MasterCard dispute resolution process.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
