  • Product Roadmap and Implementation: Own and manage the end-to-end the feature roadmap for debit and credit card
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Design and refine the end-to-end user experience, improving
  • Service Excellence: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as Operations and Customer Service teams or vendor teams to identify and resolve complex card-related issues, and to improve system functionality through internal and external feedback.
  • Operational Resilience: Work with technical teams to ensure card systems are robust, compliant, and meet required regulatory standards.
  • Market Intelligence: Understand and keep abreast of the cards competitive landscape, having a clear view of the positioning of our products against competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Card Operations, or Customer Experience (CX).
  • Knowledge of card payment rails (Visa/Mastercard) and processing functionality.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for managing internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment while dealing with ambiguity.
