Senior / CAD Designer

Position: CAD Designer / Senior CAD Designer (Office Interior Fit-Out)

Job Description

• Prepare and develop detailed interior design drawing sets across all project stages, from concept through to construction.
• Ensure all drawings and technical specifications comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, and M&E teams to ensure accuracy and integration of design information.
• Conduct site surveys, measurements, and inspections to support accurate drawing production and implementation.
• Resolve technical detailing issues and propose practical construction solutions.
• Review and provide feedback on contractors shop drawings to ensure alignment with design intent.
• Support and collaborate with designers to improve drawing quality, efficiency, and consistency.
• Take ownership of drawing packages for assigned projects with minimal supervision.
• Keep up to date with drafting tools, workflows, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in corporate office interior fit-out projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is a plus).
• Good understanding of construction detailing and coordination across disciplines.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and resolve inconsistencies.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
