Job Description

Helps Engineer to coordinate with Qualified Person for submission drawings
Manages the subcontractors to achieve the required CAD/BIM standard specifications
Preparation of Tender, Construction, as-built, Shop and Co-ordination drawings
Involves in the compilation of as-built documentation
Ensures CAD/BIM standards are applied on projects
Keeps discipline drawing list updated and ensures drawing revision system is followed
Produces a 3-dimensional model when necessary.
Ensures Mechanical, Electrical and Process systems are coordinated to meet space coordination
requirements
Works on combined services drawings to identify and resolve possible clashes Produces coordinated layouts and sectional drawings
Provides space design recommendation to design and construction team
Coordinates with engineer to resolve any clash problems on site.
