Brief Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Professional to manage payroll and benefits processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the organization. This role serves as a key resource for payroll and various HR operations, driving improvements and providing support to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for HR Operations-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the complete monthly payroll preparation process for the APAC and MEA offices, including CPF submissions.
- Analyze data and revise compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and adherence to legal regulations.
- Maintain employment records regarding hiring, terminations, leaves, transfers, or promotions using HR management software.
- Prepare various employee-related documentation such as contracts, salary adjustments, bonus letters, and employment verification correspondence.
- Liaise with the Global Shared Service Centre to maintain HR information systems.
- Manage benefits administration, including leave systems, insurance, and pension enrollments.
- Assist in the annual salary increment and bonus allocation processes.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement.
- Handle work pass administration tasks such as renewals and record updates.
- Oversee annual income tax filings and tax clearance processes for foreign employees.
- Generate insights from various tools and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist with seasonal audits and tax reporting, including HR audits and Finance audits.
- Produce reports on employee data as required.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, with a preference for Human Resources.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations and payroll.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in addressing issues efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Singapore and regional employment laws and statutory regulations.
- Proficient in effective communication with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read, interpret, and present numerical data effectively.
- Skilled in prioritizing tasks to utilize time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous regional experience is preferred.
