Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end payroll governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Manage compensation and benefits operations including annual cycles and vendor partnerships
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and strengthen payroll controls and audit processes
- Act as subject matter expert for payroll, benefits, and policy advisory
- Own HRIS (Workday) operations, including data integrity, reporting, and system optimisation
- Lead process improvements and identify automation opportunities
- Provide guidance and oversight to a junior team member and support broader HR initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Has more than 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations in Singapore
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll with strong statutory compliance knowledge
- Solid background in compensation & benefits administration and vendor management
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage complexity and risk
- Effective stakeholder management skills with a collaborative working style
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and work with shared services
- Proficient in MS Office, VLOOKUP, Pivotable and HRIS.
