Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer (CSA) to manage and deliver Addition & Alteration (A&A) works within a live airport environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing CSA works while ensuring strict compliance with airport operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder coordination skills, and proven experience working in highly regulated, mission-critical facilities.

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate CSA works for airport A&A projects.
• Manage site activities in live operational areas with strict safety and permit controls.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Support tender preparation, including technical submissions and methodology inputs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, airport, and EHS requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil / Structural / Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience, with proven A&A works exposure.
• Airport project experience preferred (Experience in data centres, hospitals, MRT, or other live facilities will be considered).
• Strong knowledge of CSA construction and site coordination.
• Experience in tender preparation will be an added advantage.
• Able to work under tight schedules and operational constraints.
