We are seeking a commercially minded (Senior) Merchandiser to drive collection planning, buying, and market growth strategies for the Women's footwear and accessories portfolio.

• Collection & Range Planning: Lead regional collection planning, range building, and assortment mix strategies for footwear, bags, and accessories across physical and online channels.

• Buying & OTB Management: Drive end-to-end buying strategy, Open-To-Buy (OTB) planning, and sales forecasting to maximise inventory turn, category profitability, and margins.

• Pricing & Trend Analysis: Formulate seasonal retail pricing strategies and conduct in-depth competitive shopping analysis to capture commercial opportunities and market trends.

• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with Design, R&D, Supply Chain, and Visual Merchandising to turn market insights into volume-driven bestsellers and core highlight styles.

skills and experience required

• Minimum 3 years of merchandising or buying experience within fashion, footwear, bags, fast-fashion, or sports retail.

• Proven hands-on expertise in OTB planning and sales forecasting (mandatory requirement), paired with strong fashion intuition and a volume-driven commercial mindset.
