• Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer retail trends and competitive landscapes to optimize regional market positioning.

• Collaborate with international merchandising teams to translate seasonal global strategies into localized product priorities.

• Partner with planning departments to manage inventory flow, ensuring optimal stock levels and SKU productivity.

• Present comprehensive seasonal buy plans to senior leadership, focusing on financial targets and brand storytelling.

• Monitor weekly sales performance and sell-through data to initiate strategic stock movements and commercial adjustments.
