About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business/System Analyst to join our dynamic banking technology team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working on critical systems across Treasury. You will collaborate with regional stakeholders to drive projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements for banking systems (core banking, front/back-office, regulatory reporting)
• Design technical solutions and assess feasibility for Treasury and Payments products
• Create detailed business flow diagrams and system configuration documents
• Coordinate with stakeholders across APAC regions (Japan, Singapore, etc.)
• Manage project lifecycle from requirements to implementation
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to senior management
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment with project goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as Business/System Analyst in banking
• Knowledge in at least one of these areas:
  Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM), Derivatives (IRS/CCS), Bonds, FAST/GIRO Payments, XB/MEPS Payments
• Strong skills in business flow diagramming and system design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
