Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Business/System Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate business needs into functional solutions. This role will play a key part in delivering digital transformation initiatives, particularly leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and workflow solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Functional Analyst.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with UAT coordination and functional testing.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on Microsoft Power Platform projects.
• Experience with CRM, Case Management, or Workflow Management solutions.
• Business process mapping and documentation experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and enterprise business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the development team.
• Work closely with Power Platform developers to deliver business solutions.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Coordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Liaise with multiple internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare business process documentation, functional specifications, SOPs, and user guides.
• Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Provide post-implementation support and coordinate issue resolution where required.
