About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Business/Solutions Architect with strong domain expertise in Core Banking and emerging Agentic AI / Generative AI technologies.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and leadership to drive next-generation AI-enabled banking solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, Agentic AI patterns, and modern AI orchestration technologies.

This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on transforming banking processes using modern AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and understand core banking systems, business processes, and enterprise architecture.
- Identify opportunities to leverage GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities across banking operations and customer journeys.
- Gather requirements, perform solution analysis, and drive implementation activities.
- Design scalable AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Evaluate and integrate LLM platforms such as OpenAI, LLaMA, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on Agentic AI workflows, LangChain/LangGraph solutions, and MCP-based architectures.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Work independently with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services with exposure to Core Banking platforms.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Solution Analyst.
- Good understanding of:
- Generative AI / Agentic AI
- LLM architecture
- Prompt engineering
- RAG frameworks
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Hands-on exposure to:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- Python
- AI workflows / orchestration
- OpenAI, Gemini, LLaMA, DeepSeek, etc.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise AI solutions.
- Exposure to OpenShift / Kubernetes is advantageous.
