PURPOSE:
- To drive business excellence across the AP region by leading the monitoring and analysis of KPIs and strategic activities for regional subsidiaries.
- This role serves as a key strategic partner to Southeast Asian sales operations, translating operational data into actionable management insights to ensure the achievement of regional performance targets and the optimization of business processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of 1-year plan, mid-term plan and strategy/activities to meet the plan by collaborating with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Japan, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. Business Unit and subsidiaries Business Planning.
- Advanced Performance Steering: Monthly performance monitoring and reporting to management. Analyze variance against Plan / prior year, and identify management issues and formulate measures.
- Regional Forecast Consolidation: Lead consolidation of regional budgets and forecasts, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and alignment with HQ targets.
- Business Performance Deep-Dive: Perform detailed profitability, cost structure and margin analysis across subsidiaries, identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvement plans.
- Strategic Liaison & Integration: Bridge communication between headquarters, business divisions, and local subsidiaries, and carry out tasks such as budgeting and performance management.
- Operational Transformation: Enhance operational productivity by planning and implementing workflow streamlining and efficiency improvements in collaboration with relevant team members.
- Executive Reporting & Insights: Prepare regional management dashboards and executive-level presentation materials with clear performance commentary and strategic recommendations. Any other responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum 3 years in business planning or marketing planning background in the ICT or printer industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration.
- Basic understanding of 1-year plan, mid-term plan creation process - activities, reporting and schedule management.
- Basic office tool skills to create a PPT document, analyse with Excel and/or Power BI for effective presentation and communication.
- Strong business acumen and P/L, sales performance analysis.
- Able to independently implement the activities with the guidance from senior management.
- Ability to converse in English/Japanese to facilitate collaboration with Subsidiaries and FUJIFILM Business Innovation Japan.
