What you will be working on
Corporate Planning: Contribute actively to Enterprise Singapore's corporate planning process. This includes organising key events like the annual workplan, mid-year review, Annual Media Briefing and management retreats.
Corporate Initiatives: Undertake projects to refine Enterprise Singapore's priorities and ensure alignment across the organisation. This involves conducting in-depth analysis of opportunities and threats in the business environment, working closely with senior management to shape responses, and collaborating with stakeholders across government.
Board Secretariat: Provide end-to-end secretariat support to Enterprise Singapore's Board to ensure high standard of governance, forward planning the agenda pipeline and support Board renewal through strategic appointments.
Performance and Risk Management: Drive corporate performance by monitoring and reporting of Enterprise Singapore's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support the target-setting process across the organisation. Lead the development and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate risks whilst enabling informed risk-taking that supports organisational objectives and stakeholder value creation.
International Representation: Represent Singapore at international fora focused on SME development best practices and policies.
What we are looking for
Degree in Political Science, Economics, Business, or related fields.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to distil insights into actionable policy recommendations.
Resourceful, meticulous, and strong in planning and coordination, able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in numbers and quantitative analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong interest in policy, planning, or research.
