Senior Business Manager (Strategy, Commodity trade, Korean speaker)

• Location: Central (CBD)
• $5k-$7k (Basic), with AWS & VB
• Business: Commodities - Trading

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment across departments.

• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis to uncover opportunities.

• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and investment proposals to support key decisions.

• Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Identify risks and areas for strategic adjustments in ongoing operations.

• Work closely with finance, marketing, and operations to implement strategic initiatives effectively.

• Support senior leadership with presentations, reports, and data-driven recommendations.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7+ years experience in business strategy, corporate planning, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in Korean & English as this role would heavily dealing with counterpart / vendors / customers from Korea.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
