We're Hiring | Sr. Manager / Manager – Business Development (IT Staffing)

Location: Singapore / Malaysia

Experience: 8–15 years

Are you a go-getter in IT staffing sales who loves hunting new clients and growing accounts We're looking for a strong Business Development leader to drive new IT logos in the Singapore market and build long-term client relationships.

What you'll do:

• Win new end-client accounts through cold calling & networking
• Grow and manage existing accounts as a trusted SPOC
• Drive revenue across Permanent, Contract & C2H staffing
• Lead and guide a team of recruiters to deliver results
• Own targets, pipeline, and client success

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in IT staffing / IT services sales
• Strong understanding of the Singapore market
• Target-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to hunt, farm, and lead from the front
