Consumer-centric Category-Country Strategy Designed and introduced the consumer insight-based growth strategy by category-country combination to unlock category and market growth, which was previously non-existent in the Heinz business.
Regional Campaign Design and Execution Working on ideation, regional design and local adaptation and execution of campaigns that build on each category strategy.
Supply Chain Management Initiated the full supply chain tracking system for Heinz Markets from ordering to shipping to systematize issue escalation and resolution (late ordering, delays, shelf-life issues, customer complaints) more actionable.
Forecasting and Demand Planning Leads the demand planning process with the distributors starting with sell-out analysis and campaign planning to sell-in forecasting and shipment planning. Feeds this data to regional demand planning to ensure stock availability from Export Affiliates.

Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least 8 -12 years of experience in sales or marketing at FMCG company in retail.
Proficient in analyzing sales data
Developing/Performing with Trade Marketing and Consumer insights.
Developing/Performing in Lift & Launch, Innovation and Product Development
Strong strategic and execution of sales in retail.
Proficient in Negotiating sales objectives with Distributors and/or Customers.
Proficient in Root-cause analysis, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving.
Amicable to work in a matrix organization.

Strong ability to quickly troubleshoot shortfalls and operate independently (Strong Self Starter)
