We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly connected Senior Business Development Manager to drive the global expansion of our healthcare solutions. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep network within government bodies, ministries of health, and public sector officials across South East Asia, the Middle East, and Africa to identify and secure high-value opportunities.
Beyond generating qualified leads, you will spearhead the end-to-end sales cycle by leading our product and technical solution teams to design and pitch winning propositions. Additionally, you will play a critical role in our corporate growth by supporting and driving strategic fundraising initiatives.
Government Relations and Lead Generation
Cultivate and leverage high-level relationships with local government officials, public health authorities, ministries of health, and key decision-makers across South East Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Proactively identify, qualify, and secure large-scale business opportunities and public-sector tenders for our healthcare technology and solutions.
Act as the primary ambassador for the company, establishing trust and credibility with sovereign entities and institutional stakeholders.
Deal Execution and Team Leadership
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and solution architects, to align technical offerings with complex government requirements.
Drive the end-to-end bidding, proposal, and negotiation processes to successfully close high-value, long-term contracts.
Translate market intelligence, government policy shifts, and public sector needs into actionable product requirements and strategic sales strategies.
Fundraising and Strategic Growth
Play a key role in the company's capital-raising activities, working closely with executive leadership to pitch to venture capital, private equity, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors.
Prepare compelling investment materials, business cases, and financial projections that articulate the commercial value and scalability of our healthcare platforms.
Identify and secure strategic partnerships, grants, or government-backed funding opportunities to support regional expansion.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, International Relations, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in senior business development, capture management, or enterprise sales within the healthcare or health-tech sectors.
Documented track record of successfully securing large-scale B2G (Business-to-Government) or public infrastructure contracts within South East Asia, the Middle East, or Africa.
An active, robust network of local government contacts and healthcare officials in the target regions.
Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with the fundraising process, investor relations, or corporate finance.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage technical solution teams and present complex ideas to high-ranking officials and investors.
Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.
