About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, expand strategic partnerships, and strengthen our market presence in Singapore. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial mindset, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client success

  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely deal closure

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management

  • Mentor junior business development or sales team members where applicable

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore business ecosystem and regional market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
