We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, expand strategic partnerships, and strengthen our market presence in Singapore. The ideal candidate has a strong commercial mindset, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a competitive market.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client success
Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely deal closure
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management
Mentor junior business development or sales team members where applicable
