The Role
We are looking for a Real Estate Business Development Executive / Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst to join a well-established property company with diverse portfolio of properties in Singapore and across the region. This role will support the growing business development and investments team to focus on market intelligence, deal sourcing, and transaction execution in real estate sectors in Singapore and APAC. You will provide timely updates to management to help the company capture new growth opportunities. This is a direct and hands-on role where you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify potential acquisition and divestment opportunities and conduct initial financial assessments.
- Monitor real estate market trends, policy changes, and economic indicators.
- You will prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and update financial models to assess project feasibility.
- You will also assist in preparing investment memos and business cases.
- Coordinate with various teams and external consultants during due diligence.
- You will help prepare all necessary documentation for approvals.
- Support portfolio reviews and provide regular updates to management on project status and market activity.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Degree or Master's in Real Estate or a relevant financial field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on investment in Singapore and the APAC region
- Expertise in deal sourcing, feasibility studies and experience in government land sales (GLS) program
- Strong ability to analyze data, interpret financial models, and make data-driven investment recommendations
- Proficiency in financial modeling and conducting feasibility studies (FS)
- Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with Bloomberg and REIS is a plus

- Proven exposure to and understanding of value-add investment strategies
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa is a strong advantage for engaging with regional markets.
