Senior/ Business Development Executive (Aesthetic)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies for medical aesthetic devices to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
- Deliver product demonstrations highlighting the features, benefits, and value of medical aesthetic equipment
- Educate clients by providing detailed product information, including proper usage guidelines and safety measures
- Identify prospective customers and drive new business development opportunities
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and generate leads
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and components, while addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales representative in the medical industry
- Knowledge of medical aesthetic equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills building rapport with clinic assistants and therapists
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
