Job Summary
Drive sales growth by maintaining and expanding customer relationships in assigned territories. Lead technical discussions and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction in Ultra High Purity (UHP) applications.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen commercial relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business and loyalty.
- Identify and develop potential customers within assigned territories to expand market presence.
- Proactively engage prospective customers to establish relationships and generate new sales opportunities.
- Lead technical discussions to support product definition and tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Monitor project tenders within the market to capture business opportunities.
- Coordinate with customers, internal administration teams, and factories to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and effective after-sales support.
- Analyse market opportunities and competitive threats to provide actionable feedback to regional and headquarters teams for product development and business growth strategies.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline with a strong sales-driven mindset and proven track record.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in Ultra High Purity (UHP) applications.
- Established network and connections with semiconductor EPC companies and direct end users.
- Strong team player with the ability to prioritize opportunities and think strategically.
- Fluent in English additional language capabilities are an advantage.
