Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business architecture, including business capabilities, processes and operating models.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, challenges and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, efficiency and customer experience.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution concepts.
• Support the design and implementation of business transformation and improvement initiatives.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes across people, processes, technology and organisational structures.
• Facilitate discussions between business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Provide recommendations and insights to support business and strategic decision-making.
• Ensure business solutions and initiatives are aligned with enterprise standards and long-term objectives.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement throughout transformation initiatives.
